localhost - Ionic mobile browser testing is not working -

i try use mobile browser testing ionic. i'm connected in same wifi iphone , checked ip-address following command: ifconfig |grep inet. when i'm running ionic server command ionic serve i'm not able open ionic app on iphone using ip-address , specified port ionic. have enable else on machine? tried different ports without success.

this answer may late, hope useful has same problem in future. solved issue me put following command: ionic address , select ip of dev server(in case 192.168.0.2) instead of localhost option. when run ionic serve can succesfully connect mobile browser.
