it takes long process entire project see if you've fixed 1 problem. there way scan 1 page make process quicker while debugging? assuming there no dependencies? can run entire project through after i've cleared of errors listed.

install fortify plug-in ide (eclipse or visual studio). open file in ide , run scan. assuming have bug tracker (bugzilla or jira) associated ide, can post bug later action.
